Account Deletion Request

You can request deletion of a HomesServices.online account and associated personal information even when you are logged out. Requests are processed manually after verification.
How to request deletion
Email info@homesservices.online with the subject Account Deletion Request. Where possible, send the request from the email address linked to your account. If you used Google Sign-In, use the same Google account email address.
Include the account email address and phone number you used and state that you want the account deleted. Do not send your password, one-time code, full payment details, or unnecessary identity documents by email.
Verification
Home Services Online responds through the account-linked email address to verify the request. We may ask for limited account or booking information needed to confirm that the requester controls the account. This public page never displays customer records.
What happens after verification
The request is reviewed manually. We aim to revoke account access promptly and delete or anonymise removable profile, contact, Google-link, saved address, location, and session information within 30 days after verification.
If a booking, refund, complaint, warranty, or dispute is active, deletion may be completed after that matter is manually closed. Completed booking, payment, complaint, warranty, refund, and dispute records may be retained for up to seven years after resolution where needed for business records or an unresolved matter. Support messages may be retained for up to two years and security or audit logs for up to 12 months. A minimal anonymous booking reference may remain.
Website backups may retain older copies until normal count-based rotation removes them. Backup encryption, a fixed 90-day maximum, and automatic deletion replay have not been verified. If a backup is restored, relevant verified deletion requests must be reviewed and reapplied manually.
